An expansion pack of tiles may be purchased so more kids can play together at one time. The set comes with 32 tiles in assorted shapes and colors. Sweetpea finished this card with a butterfly pattern!:) We sort the tiles according to shape and size in a small box. The child then picks tiles that will fill the pattern card perfectly. Skipping to a more complex design may frustrate a child just starting out with this type of puzzle. If you want to maximize the play, it is recommended to play the cards according to the number sequence as this follows a progressing level of difficulty. Pick a pattern card to fill with the tiles.

One way I know when it’s a good toy is when the child would initiate to play it! How to play: She sometimes asks for my help so it becomes a bonding game for the family too. Completing a pattern usually takes her around 5 to 15 minutes depending on the level of difficulty.
